Hudson will be 12 weeks tomorrow!

Hudson is going to be 12 weeks tomorrow, I can't believe it!  He seems to be growing so fast!  He is smiling a lot more and starting to coo as well!  It's so great!  He loves to be held all the time, imagine that!  So, when mommy can't hold him, he gets upset.  Jett will come over to him and say, "SSSHHH!" really loudly in his face.  Needless to say, it doesn't really help the situation, although, he thinks it is. Ethan & Jett love to get in his face and try to make him smile, which doesn't take much.  He loves his big brothers and loves to smile at them!  

Jett is 2!

Jett turned 2 on August 2nd!  I can't believe it!  We had family over to celebrate and it was so much fun!  He was so excited about having "Cars" on his cake!  He was smiling the whole time we sang "Happy Birthday"  to him.  It was pretty cute!  My boy is growing up! 

Jett's BIG BOY Haircut!

Jett got is first real haircut and it makes him look like such a big boy!  We did it a couple of weeks ago, but I am just now getting around to blogging again!  Anyway, Rod cut his hair and a literally cried at least 3 times!  It was just so sad to have him looking so much older... I wanted him to have curly hair!  The problem with that was you only saw his curls when his hair was wet.  I am used to it now and he looks absolutely adorable!  After all, he isn't my little baby anymore!  

Jett getting caught... AGAIN!!!!

When Jett is awake and you see bear and paci laying around, you KNOW he is into something, you just have to look for him.  So, it didn't take me long to find him... he was in his favorite room of the house!

He had the door barely cracked and the light was off so I didn't see him until I opened the door...

This is what I found when I came home last night...

So, I go to Walmart last night and leave the kids home with Rod so that I can make it a "fast" trip.  When I walk in the door, Rod tells me to go look in the kids' bathroom.  This is what I found!  I ran to get the camera and took some pictures and this video.  This child is ALWAYS getting into something!  He has been trying to give his bear a bath just about everyday for the last several days, it was this time that he thought he would get in the bath tub with him!  Isn't he fun?  :)

Hudson is getting bigger!

Well, today was Hudson's 6 week visit and he got an A+!  He now weighs 10 lbs and is 22 1/2 in. long.   He got four shots today and he has been telling me all about it ever since then.  Boy, time sure does fly by fast!  He is changing every day and getting so big... I can't believe it!  He has done a half smile twice, so he is getting really close to actually smiling!  I can't wait for that!  

Ethan and his Papa

Papa and Grammy took Ethan to the lake to fly a kite and he LOVED it!  I was told that he had more fun getting Papa tangled up in the line than actually flying the kite.  He was laughing hysterically at Papa's expense! :)  Ethan told me the other day, "papa is my friend, he plays with me".  I think that says it all, don't you?

This is the first time Jett has wanted to hold Hudson... it is also the last. :)  Ethan loves to hold his baby brother and asks to do it all the time.

Jett has had to start pulling his own weight around here because he is well known to make a mess EVERY time he eats.  Fortunately, he enjoys using the hand held vacuum and looks forward to cleaning up.  I wonder if he is actually making a mess so that he can clean it?  Maybe I should think about this...

Hudson is here!

Hudson Gage was born May 29th at 1:14 pm and weighed 6.15 pounds and was 20 1/2 inches long.  He is absolutely wonderful in every way!  We are so excited around here to finally be able to hug and kiss on him!  Ethan is especially excited and Jetters is getting more and more used to him everyday.  I am so blessed to have such wonderful boys that are so sweet and loving and I am thankful that we could have another precious addition to this family! I LOVE MY BOYS!!!!  :)
