My little helper

Jett has had to start pulling his own weight around here because he is well known to make a mess EVERY time he eats.  Fortunately, he enjoys using the hand held vacuum and looks forward to cleaning up.  I wonder if he is actually making a mess so that he can clean it?  Maybe I should think about this...

Hudson is here!

Hudson Gage was born May 29th at 1:14 pm and weighed 6.15 pounds and was 20 1/2 inches long.  He is absolutely wonderful in every way!  We are so excited around here to finally be able to hug and kiss on him!  Ethan is especially excited and Jetters is getting more and more used to him everyday.  I am so blessed to have such wonderful boys that are so sweet and loving and I am thankful that we could have another precious addition to this family! I LOVE MY BOYS!!!!  :)   

Our first day of summer!

Well, it is officially summer at our house!  We have our pool out and filled and Jett is loving the sprinkler toy!  They are pretty cute!  I have so many pictures of them, but I could only add a few.  You can see more on our google photo albums at picasaweb.google.com/rodjulie

Moving!

Well, in preparation for Hudson's arrival, Ethan moved into Jett's room this weekend.  They are loving it even though it is taking some getting used to.  They love talking to each other when they should be sleeping.  Imagine that!  It's pretty cute!  Ethan is especially excited to be sharing a room with Jett.  He talks about it all the time!

with the bubbles and on the swingset. They had a blast!

Caught Red Handed!

I was asking Rod where Jett was because it was so quiet and he found him sitting at the kitchen table with a bag of powdered donuts dumped onto the table.  He was having a GREAT time and so proud of himself.  It was pretty funny!  He always seems to be getting into something! 

 

Picnic lunch in new fort

Today Ethan and I had a picnic lunch outside on the new play set. Well, actually, I sat in a chair because I didn't think I'd be able to get back down. Anyway, he had a great time and would slide down the slide and run over to me saying "this is sooo delicious (which he pronounces "dewicious"). It was a lot of fun!

Today we were outside in the backyard and Ethan found this toad. He had such a great time playing with it! We had to tell him that it was time for the toad to go home because he kept dropping it on the pavement and I think the poor thing was brain damaged.

This past weekend, Scott, Stacy and Maddie came into town for a visit. Actually, Stacy was in a wedding so the whole family came with her and it was so much fun having them here! Ethan and Maddie have a great time together. It's so fun to see them interact with each other. Maddie is the little mother, making sure that my boys have their drinks and they are okay and Ethan is just all boy. I don't know how else to describe him around her. Loud, crazy... you get the point! Anyway, it was so good to have them here. I even got a few pictures with Maddie and she was so interested in baby Hudson. One day this week, she told Stacy that she had baby Hudson in her tummy. I thought that was pretty cute! These are just a few pictures I have from that weekend.

Rod's new project!

Well, we bought a playset and it came in 6 boxes with the heaviest box weighing 175 lbs. Rod was so excited! So, the project is coming along and not quite finished, but here are some pictures of the beginning.
